Inner Prop Welding is Designed to weld Rectangular or Square Base plates or U- Bases with Drilled Pipe, Machine hold and weld the Base + Pipe with each other. This unit is pneumatically operated for clamping the de-clamping of job and also the movement of welding torches, the machine has Screw Wheel Drive to adjust the length from 500mm to 3000mm. Machine itself has adjustments for different welding angles as 360 angle adjustments Left to right adjustments & Height adjustments available for better welding penetration. Machine has magnetic holder to hold Base plates and for pipe it has pipe resters to make it Leveled to exact welding height. The Mig welding Machines 300 Amps DIODE BASE are installed inside of Welding Station and all controls are in front of Operator to control from one place this option makes it user friendly. Estimated welding cycle time is 22 seconds approx. with 4mm welding layer.
